First place my husband and I went to when looking for an electric bike. We knew nothing. Staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and so welcoming in having us try out several bikes for a ride, with no pressure to purchase. They helped us understand what features were important for us. We went to a few other places to look, and nothing compared to how we were treated at this store or the products they carried. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an electric bike -- they actually have bikes in stock you can try out, unlike many of the other dealers around.
